There are no hidden costs or charges for anything you buy from this page. All packages are sent out using first class mail (non-UK orders are sent via airmail) and in sturdy protective mailing envelopes.

Your order will be delivered as quickly as possible, and should take no longer than three working days to be dispatched (and will usually be dispatched within 48 hours). You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Here's a rough idea of how long your item(s) should take to reach you after they've been dispatched, depending on location;

UK - 1-3 working days
EU - 3-5 working days
R.O.W. - 7-10 working days

These estimates are set by Royal Mail. Your item may take slightly longer than this to arrive, or may land on your doorstep sooner than you expected. Either way, if you experience any problems, please get in touch by filling out a contact form - you'll find the link on the bottom right of the music page.

Return Policy

If for any reason you aren't entirely satisfied with any purchase(s) made via the Matthew Frederick Bandcamp page, please get in touch by filling out a contact form - you'll find the link on the bottom right of the music page.

If you find the goods are faulty/damaged, they will happily be replaced. You will be required to return your item(s) to the sender at the address below within seven working days after delivery, and the item purchased must be in the same condition as when it was sent.. There will be no extra charge for any replacement items.

If for any reason Royal Mail return your package to us, you will be contacted immediately via email.
